About Elisa

Elisa Seth earned her Real Estate License in 2001. Since then, she has worked with and learned from some of the industry's top agents and coaches to enhance her understanding of the market and all aspects of real estate. Based in Fort Washington, MD, Elisa is the expert to help you with all your home buying and selling needs in the metro Washington, DC area. Specializing in short sales, pre-foreclosures, foreclosures, first time homebuyers, military, luxury homes and savvy and new investors, her multi-faceted expertise is of great benefit to her clients. Elisa truly understands the dynamics of the DC Metro real estate market and is an expert at educating her clients so they can make the best decisions for their needs. She takes great pride and specializes in finding first time home buyers the right home for them in the quickest time possible and with easy financing, often with low down payments. Elisa believes that education is paramount to success and has completed intensive training covering a variety of topics from marketing listings for quick sale to negotiating contracts and helping sellers, in danger of foreclosure. Elisa earned a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Southeastern University that provided the solid background on which her career has been built. Her work ethic didn't start in the real estate industry, but followed her from her military career in the US Army. Elisa is a member in good standing of the Prince George's County Association of Realtors, Maryland Association of Realtors, and the National Association of Realtors, in addition to the Metropolitan Regional Information Systems, MRIS. In addition she is a member of Delta Sigma Theta, Inc, DST. When Elisa isn't entertaining her 9 year old daughter or chauffeuring her teenage son, she enjoys reading a good mystery novel or watching one of her favorite sci-fi shows. Elisa hails from Tacoma, WA and proudly considers herself the 12th man of Superbowl XLVIII champs, The Seahawks. Elisa feels that being a REALTOR is about more than joining professional associations, she believes REALTORS should be involved in the communities where they work as well. She has served her community in many capacities, to include Christmas in April. She and EXIT Realty also support Habitat for Humanity and to date they have donated over $2.25 Million to the charity and built more than 15 Habitat Homes. Elisa Seth prides herself on accountability, attention to detail, and personal service allowing her to build lifelong relationships with her clients.
