Eddie is a licensed REALTOR in Washington, D.C. and Maryland. After a successful corporate career spanning 15 years in senior Global & Regional Account Management & International Business Development positions with Compaq, HP and Software AG, Eddie pursued his love of real estate in the Washington, DC Metro Area. His knowledge of superior customer service, his proven leadership skills and his total customer-centric management approach make the ideal Real Estate Trusted Advisor. As a little background, Eddie was born in Denver, Colorado, but was raised in Peru from a very young age. He studied in private bilingual Catholic schools and graduated high school from Saint Mary (Marianistas) in Lima. He holds a Bachelor in Business Administration with a major in marketing from the University of Lima and he speaks Spanish and Portuguese. Eddie moved to the Washington, D.C. area in 2007 and has lived in the Petworth neighborhood since 2008 after having lived for 7 years in Houston, Texas (where he met his spouse playing competitive volleyball at Saint Thomas University). You can find him always being involved in community activities, volunteering and spending time with his daughter and dog Oscar around the neighborhood. Eddie’s contagious energy, engagement and passion as well as his corporate training and different life experiences uniquely arm him to provide tailored residential real estate services to his clients.
