Anne-Marie Finnell is also a co-founder of the Abrams Finnell Group and a Vice President of TTR Sotheby's International Realty. A graduate of Georgetown University, Anne-Marie returned to Washington, D.C. in 2001 after a decade in New York City. While there, she enjoyed a rewarding career in Executive Recruiting and earned an MBA from New York University while working full time. In residential real estate, Anne-Marie applies the same strong work ethic, analytical skills, and excellent communication skills on behalf of her clients. She enthusiastically keeps up with neighborhood trends, monitors sales and guides her clients on prudent choices given ever-changing market conditions. Besides attending to every detail of a transaction, Anne-Marie enjoys the challenge of helping buyers find just the right house, and helping sellers realize the best price and terms in today's dynamic market. Anne-Marie lives in the American University Park neighborhood of DC with her husband and three children. She is actively involved in her children's schools and is the chair of an annual fundraiser for the Special Olympics of Montgomery County. A former member of the Georgetown Hoyas Track & Field team, she remains a dedicated fitness and sports enthusiast. In 2015, she, along with Ellen, was named one of the "99 Realtors You Want on Your Side" by Washingtonian Magazine. The Abrams Finnell Group was the Top Producing Team in the Chevy Chase office of TTR Sotheby's International Realty in 2015. They were also presented with a TTR Sotheby's Community Leadership Award for their contributions to the local community.
