About Tracy

For me, real estate has never been just about houses. It’s about PEOPLE. I’m Tracy Peoples, a Delaware REALTOR® and Associate Broker with more than 23 years of experience helping buyers, sellers, seniors, veterans, first-time homebuyers, and families navigate some of life’s biggest transitions. I began my real estate career in 2003 and earned my Broker’s License in 2014. My experience includes residential sales, new construction, distressed properties and short sales, manufactured and mobile homes, senior real estate, military relocation, and first-time homeownership. I hold the SRES® (Seniors Real Estate Specialist), MRP (Military Relocation Professional), and AHWD (At Home With Diversity®) designations. But my story goes far beyond real estate. I am the widow of Michael Dean “Dean” Peoples, a volunteer firefighter who dedicated himself to serving others. Dean passed away in September 2021 following an illness connected to his service. Losing my husband changed my life and gave me an even deeper understanding of what families experience when life suddenly takes an unexpected turn. That journey is one reason I have such a heart for seniors, widows and widowers, first responders, military families, and people facing major life changes. A real estate transaction may happen during an exciting new beginning, but it can also come during grief, retirement, financial hardship, relocation, or the loss of someone you love. I meet my clients where they are, explain their options, advocate for them, and help them move forward. Outside of real estate, I have a special place in my heart for troubled and at-risk youth. I believe in seeing beyond someone's circumstances, recognizing their potential, and being willing to stand beside them as they find their way forward. My philosophy is simple: God, Family, then Business. When you work with me, you’re not simply another transaction. You become one of “My Peoples.” Experience matters, but PEOPLE matter more.
