About Sean

With a "Let's Go!" attitude, Sean Richardson is a full time, full service realtor that understands local real estate and enjoys helping others learn about the area and achieving home ownership at and/or near the beach and throughout Delaware. A stickler for detail, efficiency, customer service, and prompt response to customer contacts, Sean will make selling or purchasing a home for you his mission. He prepares for his listings and showings by conducting extensive research that will help you in your decisions. As a professional, he will go the extra mile to make your experience an exciting and pleasant one. Sean is a full time resident in Lewes, Delaware. He and his wife purchased a 200+ year old home in the historic district and remodeled it so that it hopefully will be here for another 200+ years! He enjoys spending time in downtown Lewes and Rehoboth, being out on their boat, fishing, being on the beaches with family, and getting to know all the good people coming to this area. "Our family loves the Delaware coast and we couldn’t imagine living anywhere else", he shared about living locally. “Everyday feels a little bit like a vacation and I feel very blessed to live here.” "There is a special energy here at the beach and I hope to share it with anyone that has an interest in living here".
