About Kathleen Marie

I grew up 35 miles southwest of Philadelphia in Delaware County, Pennsylvania (DELCO) This location afforded me the convenience of living in the tri-state area, which meant plenty of time spent in Delaware enjoying the rich history, culture, rural areas, and, of course, the beaches. During my childhood I attended our local schools and graduated from Widener University with a Bachelor Of Arts Degree in Organizational Development and Leadership. Nine years ago, after raising our family, my husband and I packed up our pup and relocated to Sussex County, Delaware, where we like to say, "we live in the country at the beach," and we couldn't be happier! Before real estate, I spent 25 fulfilling years in education. However, I have always had a passion for working with clients and feeling the emotional reward of guiding them through the major life transition of selling their current home and finding a new one. Or, their first one. My career in real estate allows me the flexibility of setting my own schedule while giving me the opportunity to meet new people, visit new properties, and appreciate the shopping, dining and entertainment in and around our area. While problem-solving, negotiating and keeping up with the local market is a full time job, I will be right there with you. In addition to my years on the job, I bring a plethora of personal experience from buying, selling, and investing in real estate. As they say, "no two transactions are alike," and I continue to learn from each and every one.
