About Peter

Peter Tumbas brings a rare combination of financial acumen, entrepreneurial drive, and genuine passion for real estate to his clients in the Farmington Valley. With a career spanning more than two decades across small business ownership, high school and collegiate coaching, business financing in New York City, and insurance, Peter has developed a deep understanding of complex transactions and a reputation for delivering white glove logistics from the first showing to the closing table. Real estate has always been close to Peter's heart. His mother was an agent, and a lifelong appreciation for the industry never left him. Two summers working on Nantucket during college sparked a deep admiration for New England that stayed with him through years in Chicago and New York City. When it came time to put down roots, the Farmington Valley felt like the natural choice, and he is proud to now call it home alongside his fiancée Mary, a Connecticut native and their long-haired chihuahua, Luigi. When he is not helping clients navigate one of the most significant financial decisions of their lives, Peter can be found on the golf course. He approaches every client relationship the way he approaches the game with patience, strategy, and an uncompromising commitment to doing things the right way.
