Mark Grillo Real Estate Agent Mark Grillo is deeply connected to the people and fabric of eastern Connecticut and understands the value of calling it home. He has lived and worked in the area his entire life, having attended Norwich Free Academy in his youth, then teaching agricultural education and animal science in both the Vernon and Ledyard public school districts for most of his 35-year teaching career. Real estate for Mark goes far beyond the mere transaction. He wants to hear and cares about both the personal stories and the histories of the land, and he thoroughly enjoys reminiscing about the past and envisioning the potential future and use of properties. Together with his family, Mark has been on both sides of numerous property transfers over the last 40 years. He has personally navigated the purchase and sale of several homes and properties and understands the emotions and details that accompany a first home purchase, relocation, downsizing, home improvements, construction, and the sale of a family estate. In his free time, Mark enjoys spending time with his wife, children, and grandchildren, caring for the many animals on his family farm, and traveling.
