My core beliefs are rooted in my childhood. When I was ten, my parents purchased a small deli in downtown New Haven. If I was not in school, I was working at the deli. Thus, I have been raised and shown through parental example the following beliefs: 1. Family comes first. 2. There is no such thing as Luck. Luck is education meeting opportunity. 3. If you put the customer first, the rest will fall into line. 4. The only guarantees in life are death and taxes. 5. You must earn what you desire. 6. Treat others as you wish to be treated. 7. Work hard, play hard. I have a bachelors degree in Business Management with a concentration in Economics from Hartwick College in Oneonta NY. I am married, have two crazy children and reside in Hamden. (See Above Picture.) I have been in real estate for over ten years and am a Real Estate Broker.
