"I won't always tell you what you want to hear, but I'll always tell you what you need to know and what you need to do next" 34 years ago I was introduced to the real estate & construction industry when I met my spouse. We made a lifestyle around buying property, building homes, buying homes, selling homes and moving to the next house. We founded Carnelli Corporation a company flexible for the individual client and their different needs. If a client wanted a personal showing at our home immediately we would accommodate. By my early 30's I was raising 3 amazing children/little monster in a lifestyle that required living on the go while maintaining a well kept home. Until I understood what a life of quality meant for me, I felt I was navigating through life without a compass. This lead me towards a solid career in real estate. Over the years my children became adults, I've built a compass for clients and I found myself naturally gravitating towards working with a specific clientele. With a preference of working with 1st time home buyers, sellers and renters and 15 years of working at farmington high school I'm representing my once students now young adults as they enter a new chapter in their lives. I enjoy guiding others through the process the 20something version of me wished to have had and I'm best known for "Cheers!
