About Bailey

Bailey benefits from over 10 years of real estate experience in the Boston area and now the CT Shoreline. She began her career handling marketing and hiring for a group of five Boston real estate offices and was quickly moved to get her license. She started helping tenants find rentals, quickly moving on to creating relationships with landlords and helping them maximize profits. She shifted her career to mostly residential sales about 6 years ago, but as an investment property owner herself, she still enjoys working with landlords managing their portfolios. Working tirelessly through the recent market, Bailey fully understands the current journey of a first-time home-buyer, but has also helped people list their homes to help transition to retirement and everything in between. While crunching the numbers, finding the perfect list price, and writing offers with a winning edge are her strong suits, her favorite part of the business is building relationships with clients, lenders, attorneys and other agents. As a graduate from UMass Amherst with a degree in Communications she is a skilled marketer and negotiator. Always looking to add skills that can help her clients, Bailey is currently in the process of completing an Interior Design course through NYIAD. She represented herself in purchasing her first home in Connecticut in 2022 after falling in love with the sunsets, beaches, and antique shops. Living on the shoreline brings her closer to her family whom she has been visiting in Madison since she was a child.
