About Yousef

I grew up in Fort Wayne, Indiana. I then went on to the University of Evansville to receive my Bachelor’s Degree in Visual Communication. Afterwards, I worked in the graphic design and marketing industry for a number of years. I was first exposed to real estate when I moved to Colorado in 2006 and purchased my first home. I immediately fell in love with the entire process. With some hard work, I quickly gained equity in my first home and used that equity to begin buying investment properties to be fixed up and leased. Later, I took the leap to become a realtor so that I could share my knowledge and experience with others. I moved to Colorado for the mountains and the active lifestyle. I have two large furry dogs (a Husky and a Samoyed). Other than real estate, I enjoy playing volleyball and basketball, snowboarding, hiking, meeting friends for food and drinks, movies, concerts, and just about anything active.
