About Victoria Shelley After graduating from Colorado State University, Victoria moved to the Denver area where she achieved her goal of being a retail buyer for a major Colorado retailer. Victoria’s determination and work ethic were key qualities in her success. As a buyer she used many business and negotiating skills to achieve her business plans. While Victoria enjoyed her career, shortly after her daughter was born she jumped at the opportunity to move back to NOCO. A few years later she celebrated the birth of her son. Victoria has enjoyed living and raising her children near family in Loveland and Fort Collins. As a family of avid skiers, the Shelley’s are often all up enjoying our beautiful Colorado Mountains. Victoria enjoys being creative, this includes making window treatments, transforming “trash to treasure” and oil and pastel painting. She actually likes to paint walls too! Many of her volunteering experiences involve the use of these gifts.
