I have personally been involved with real estate investing for several years, and have held rentals and done fix & flip projects. I strive to keep the home buying and selling processes seamless, worry-free, and fun for my clients. My extensive program management background, customer orientation, and ability to deliver results means that you only have to focus on enjoying your home buying/selling experience – I will take care of all of the details!I earned my undergraduate degree in Economics and Environmental Studies from Binghamton University in 1997. I went on to pursue a Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Operations Management and Entrepreneurism from the University of Arizona in 2000. I am also a certified Professional Project Manager (PMP) and am certified in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM). I worked as a Senior Program Manager for several years in the high tech industry after graduate school.I am an associate broker, and an active participant in the South Metro Denver Real Estate Association. I have earned the real estate designations of e-Pro, Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR), GRI (Graduate Realtor Institute), and SRES (Seniors Real Estate Specialist), Pricing Strategy Advisor (PSA), & Luxury Home Marketing Certification. I have also received the Diamond Circle Club award for sales and was nominated as one of Denver’s Five Star Real Estate Agents in for multiple years, which is awarded to less than 7% of area REALTORS®. I believe that knowledge is the pathway to success and I continue to take classes to stay abreast of the real estate market!
