Not only is Theresa a REALTOR®, she is also a licensed Loan Officer, giving her an additional perspective and depth of knowledge that she brings to the real estate side of the business. With experience in both real estate and lending, she understands how the financing side of a transaction connects with the real estate side and how the two can impact the overall homebuying experience. This allows her to educate clients on more of the moving pieces involved in a transaction and help them better understand how everything fits together.
