Suzanne began her real estate career in the late 80's, buying distressed properties, renovating, and reselling for a profit. Obtaining her Broker's license in the mid 1990s, in addition to residential real estate and a few years of commercial land development, Suzanne managed large REO portfolios for Bank of America, Bear Stearns, Chase, Wilshire Capital, Ocwen, Barclay's, smaller hedge funds and investors, managing the repairs, marketing, contract negotiations and sales of distressed bank assets while working for Integrated Asset Services In recent years, Suzanne's attention was turned to multi-state acquisitions of single family residential properties for Institutional Buyers; to hold as rental investments.
