I'm Sebastian, a Colorado Springs Realtor, husband, dad of two, golfer, foodie, former fitness professional, and someone who genuinely enjoys helping people make smart real estate decisions. My approach is simple: be honest, communicate well, know the market, and don’t make real estate more complicated than it needs to be. I help buyers and sellers throughout the Colorado Springs area, from first-time buyers and new construction to homeowners preparing to sell. I’m a data nerd when it comes to pricing, market trends, and negotiation, but my real job is turning that information into clear advice you can actually use. I’m also not the Realtor who will tell you every house is “amazing” or simply tell you what you want to hear. I’ll give you my genuine opinion, explain the why behind it, and help you make the decision that works best for you. Outside of real estate, you’ll usually find me spending time with my wife and kids, golfing, working out, making music, or trying a new restaurant around town. Above all, I want my clients to know they have someone in their corner who knows what they’re doing, answers the phone, tells the truth, and cares about getting it right.
