Rick is the owner and managing broker of Red Chair Realty Advisors on Tennyson Street in Denver, CO. Offering over 28 years of experience, Rick has helped his clients over the decades with buying, selling, and choosing investment properties that are right for them and their situations. He understands the in-depth process of real estate and is passionate about listening to his clients' objectives and guiding them through the process. Rick holds a dual degree in Finance and Real Estate from the University of Denver which enables him to understand difficult financing structures that his clients may need. Being a native of Denver, Rick has a wealth of knowledge on all of the neighborhoods and towns surrounding the city. Originally from Evergreen, CO, Rick has built his home and business in the Berkeley Park neighborhood of Denver with his wife and two daughters. When he is not at the office or with his clients, Rick enjoys all that Colorado has to offer with his family, from skiing and hiking, to fishing and biking.
