With over 40 years in the plumbing industry, including years running a sewer and home service company alongside Jana, Rich brings a trades-informed perspective to residential real estate that's rare to find in an agent. Jana Johnson Jana Johnson grew up in the Houston, Texas area and moved to Colorado in late 1994. A graduate of the Business Administration program at Colorado Women's College with the University of Denver (2013), Jana brings the heart of a leader and the mind of a sharp businesswoman to every transaction. She ran the front office of the family's plumbing and home service business for years which is exactly the kind of calm, organized, detail-oriented energy she brings to every closing table. Their Story Rich and Jana met at a plumbing and HVAC supply house in Denver. Proof that even the best partnerships start in unexpected places. They married in 1996 and have been building things together ever since. In 2019, they brought their real estate licenses to life, applying decades of combined experience toward a new calling: helping buyers and sellers navigate one of life's biggest decisions with confidence, clarity, and care.
