About Nori

Nori Siemers is a Denver native whose interest in real estate was sparked at a young age as she grew up in a real estate investment, brokerage, and development family. After graduating high school from St. Mary’s Academy, Nori attended the University of Denver. Knowing she wanted to follow in her family’s real estate footsteps, Nori attained a Bachelor's Degree in Real Estate. Nori’s career spans both the residential and commercial real estate arenas. Her career began with the global investment management firm BlackRock in Newport Beach, CA, where she worked in commercial real estate asset management overseeing large property portfolios in various markets throughout California and Texas. Nori says that the experience she gained in this position has been instrumental in navigating the inevitable ups and downs of the real estate market. The most valuable takeaway from her time with BlackRock was entering into the position in early 2008, just before the start of the Great Recession. “Working through a notoriously difficult economic period at the very start of my career gave me invaluable insight and experience that I have been able to apply throughout my entire career in real estate,” says Nori. Nori’s subsequent positions in real estate have all been local to Colorado; having worked in luxury residential brokerage in the beautiful Vail Valley with Slifer Smith & Frampton Real Estate and most recently working as the director of operations for a small commercial real estate private equity firm, specializing mainly in apartment syndications. As a broker with Kentwood, Nori brings a wealth of knowledge to the table from her prior career experiences in real estate. Whether working with an investor, first-time homebuyer or anyone in between, Nori applies an impeccable work ethic to every sale, skillfully guiding her buyers and sellers through every stage of the transaction. As a resident of Platt Park, you can often find Nori on her cruiser bike exploring the vibrant neighborhood’s shops and restaurants on Old South Pearl Street. Nori also loves a round of golf, especially with her son, as well as skiing, and hiking in Colorado’s great outdoors.
