About Nicole

A five-generation Colorado native, Nicole knows a thing or two about Denver and the surrounding communities. She also has a combined 20 years’ experience in the industry, having worked not only as a Realtor but in commercial real estate and property management as well. Her approach to real estate is one of education and service. She wants each client to feel as though they are her only one and brings trustworthiness, honesty, wisdom, and experience to the entire transaction process. Serving her clients – especially move-up buyers – is what she is driven by and does best. One of Nicole’s pet peeves is when people say they are going to do something and then don’t, so you won’t find her dropping any balls. She’s there for her clients no matter what. Nicole looks up to and is always learning from others in the real estate business who demonstrate solid commitment, integrity and true grit. But her greatest inspiration is her son who motivates her every day to set a good example and to work hard to build something she pass on to him. When not helping her clients realize their real estate dreams or watching her son play soccer, you will more than likely find Nicole going to a CrossFit class, enjoying friends, local breweries and restaurants, attending outdoor summer concerts or getting lost in a Hallmark Channel movie or a silly “chick-lit” book series. Her favorite? “Shopaholic”. Nicole also loves dancing, especially while cooking dinner. When time allows, her travel bug takes over. She loves to experience different cultures and cuisines as well as learning about wines from all over the world, but especially France. A true “local”, Nicole attended Chatfield Highschool and Metro State College in in Denver. In 2014, she received the Coldwell Banker International President Bronze Partners Award.
