I joined Gerretson Realty in 2004, and I know the unique neighborhoods of Denver and the surrounding suburbs quite well. I currently live in Congress Park, and I have also lived in Park Hill, Highlands, Platte Park, Lakewood, and Cherry Creek.Through my career as a realtor for the past nine years, I have developed significant skills in communications, and in building positive personal relationships, as I strive to fulfill the needs of my clients. My personal approach to assisting each client as they either find a new home or sell their home has been the hallmark of my work. It is also the reason why so many of my clients are based on referrals from others.I hold multiple year awards from the Denver Board of Realtors Roundtable of Excellence, and I have extensive knowledge of the condo, high-rise, investment, new, and upscale markets in Denver. I have worked with many title companies to ensure the most efficient real estate transactions.As a realtor, my first priority is to serve my clients as fully as possible. This entails maintaining knowledge of the real estate market and knowing what price points will help a home sell quickly, and also how to price homes for prospect vie buyers. I have represented clients who have either sold or purchases homes in Denver, Jefferson, Arapahoe, Adams, and Boulder counties. My family lives here in Denver, and I have been in the area for over 40 years. I have four children, and my grandchildren attend schools in Denver and Lakewood. I graduated from the University of Colorado at Denver, where I received my masters, and I received my doctorate form the University of Colorado in Boulder.
