As a Realtor, Matt’s clients are his top priority. He is always listening to what his clients’ wants and needs are in order to achieve the best possible outcome in every transaction. Matt strives to ensure that the home selling/buying process is fun, easy, and stress-free. His clients can count on him to guide them through every step of the process and to answer any and all questions that arise. His goal, above all else, is to help his clients fulfill their dreams. Whether it be to sell or buy, downsize or expand, he will be there to advocate for his clients and get them where they want to be. Matt is originally from Rochester, New York, where he resided until attending college at St. Bonaventure University. After graduating, he moved to the greater Florida to start his career as a Realtor. He has always had a passion for real estate as he comes from a family that is involved in the many facets of the industry. He decided to take the leap and turn this passion into a career by joining the MacLoughlin Group, a team within Fathom Realty. Matt’s diverse set of skills and experiences has enabled him to successfully grow and become one of the most trusted agents in the community. When he’s not assisting his clients, Matt enjoys spending time playing the piano, participating in pick-up basketball, and volunteering at the local medical clinic. He has also enjoyed taking advantage of all the wonderful local beaches and restaurants with his friends and family.
