The challenges of the economy have created new opportunities for "short sale" and "foreclosure" properties and I have recently renewed my passion for that very specific and demanding market! I proudly hold several designations within the Realtor community including ABR-Accredited Buyer Representative, CLHMS-Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist, CNE- Certified Negotiation Expert, SFR-Short Sale & Foreclosure Resource and Mediator.
