Raised by parents who actively invest in property, he learned the basics of real estate helping his parents acquire, renovate and manage rental properties as well as ranch land. At the age of 20, he purchased his first home. Severely deteriorated and almost uninhabitable, Luke nearly single-handedly restored the hundred year old home. Whether it was carpentry, painting, plumbing or landscaping; you name it, he did it. Within two weeks of completing the renovation he had a signed contract by marketing and selling the home himself. Luke continued “rehabbing” several homes, selling each for a substantial profit despite the decline in the real estate market. He also worked for both commercial and residential construction companies in Colorado Springs. These experiences, in addition to his formal education studying Real Estate and Construction Management at the University of Denver and earning his degree in Business Management at Colorado State University allow him the knowledge to excel at every stage of a real estate transaction. As a lifelong resident of Colorado Springs, Luke knows the different communities in town, especially the southwest neighborhoods where he grew up attending Cheyenne Mountain schools and still currently resides.
