Lindsay has built her career on a foundation of genuine service and a care for her clients. She started her career in Lake Tahoe with East West Partners. A Colorado girl at heart she found an opportunity to go back home when East West launched the Glass House. Lindsay has built an incredible career selling in Riverfront Park with Slifer, Smith and Frampton and consistently being one of the top brokers in the neighborhood. Lindsay has held many positions over the years from Sales Assistant to Employing Broker but her favorite roll is being a Broker Associate. Her true passion is helping her clients buy or sell homes. She strives to make the transaction seamless and fun. In the fifteen years since launching her career, Lindsay has continued to serve as a go-to expert in the Riverfront Park neighborhood while growing her business to encompass the entire city center and beyond. Castle Rock to Fort Collins, Capital Hill to Golden, she has worked throughout the city buying and selling single-family homes, condos, townhomes, and new developments alike. She’s built upon marketing and management knowledge established through her degree from University of Colorado’s Leed’s School of Business to create effective strategies for connecting with buyers and sellers, understanding the nuances of the markets, and providing a value add every step along the way. Lindsay and her husband Matt enjoy life with their two adorable children—son Wesley and daughter Reese — constantly finding ways to enjoy the Colorado outdoors.
