About Kimmie

Growing up a native in the Roaring Fork Valley, Kimberly Rauman has a unique perspective on what it takes to build a life in the mountains. From a young age, Kimmie has demonstrated perseverance and determination in every endeavor she takes on and her vivacious spirit shines through everything she is a part of. In her early 20’s, Kimmie opened and ran a successful clothing boutique in Glenwood Springs that earned Gold in Local’s Choice awards during all four years of Kimmie’s ownership. When she sold the store, Kimmie moved with her husband Rocky to follow a job in Loveland, CO. The move would ignite Kimmie’s desire to become involved in real estate; she and her husband flipped their first home and she obtained her license, eager to help others realize their dreams. In May of 2015, Kimmie returned to the valley ready to go to work with a passion that never sleeps. In January of 2018, Kimmie and Rocky welcomed their son, Maverick. And April of 2020 they welcomed their daughter, Annabelle. The family is constantly on the go—hiking, biking, snowmobiling, camping, razoring, traveling, and boating. On top of that, Kimmie and her husband have firsthand experience in building new construction, remodeling existing structures and flipping them, as well as seeking out and acquiring rental investments. With personal knowledge about every aspect of real estate from land purchase to home renovations and sales and everything in between, Kimmie understands every angle of the market and business.
