About Julianne

Since entering the real estate profession, Juli has earned a well-respected reputation for her attention to detail, professionalism, local expertise, and her commitment to excellence. Having relocated nine times, she understands the value of always putting the client first, and the importance of having someone by your side working for you through the process of finding the right place to call “home” or selling your current home. Prior to going into real estate, Juli owned her own small business here in Boulder. She brings the knowledge and work ethic gained from that experience to the table in real estate, having handled every aspect of the business from production to marketing to sales. Juli also brings patience from her experience as an elementary school teacher back on the east coast. She still remains hands-on as an active volunteer in her children’s schools, and is therefore well informed of the BVSD schools. As mentioned, Juli is originally from the East Coast, and has lived in Boulder since 2006. She loves it here, and is happy to call it home. She really enjoy spending time with family and friends. Juli is married with three kids. As a family, they really like to ski these great Colorado mountains and travel. She enjoys running, especially the trails in Boulder, spin classes, and loves the arts. She is a past board member of The Art Underground in Louisville, CO. Juli believes that education is a continuing process. She currently holds the following designations ABR (Accredited Buyer's Representative) and RSPS (Resort and Second Home Property Specialist).
