About Joan

After 7 years in banking as a mortgage officer in Connecticut, Joan moved to Steamboat Springs in 1977 to ski for a winter. That was over 40 years ago! She became familiar with real estate as Vice President/Treasurer for 8 years with a property management company prior to joining Steamboat Village Brokers which merged with Steamboat Sotheby's in 2015. Joan is a past chairperson of the realtor scholarship committee and past director of the Steamboat Springs Board of Realtors. While at Steamboat Village Brokers, she was the Outstanding Production agent in 2003 and the Top Producer in 2005, 2006 and 2012. After Steamboat Village Brokers merged with Steamboat Sotheby's, Joan received the Pinnacle award in 2015, 2017, 2020, and 2021, the Global Summit award in 2016, and the Circle of Excellence award in 2018 and 2019.
