I do think it is fun to explore the many hidden gems that Denver has to offer in the way of neighborhoods and I will do all I can to make this fun for you, as well as productive. I am a full time realtor, who stays abreast of both our ever changing market place, as well as all of the nuances involved in the ever evolving Contracts to Buy and Sell Real Estate approved by the Colorado Real Estate Commission. When you think you’ve found “your home”, I will offer you my expertise in preparing and presenting your first offer and any counteroffers needed. After negotiating our price and conditions, I’ll coordinate a professional team of reliable lenders, inspectors and various services who will see to every last detail throughout the escrow period. Even after the sale is complete, I like to assist my clients in any way I can. The way I see it, a successful sale is just the beginning of a lifelong relationship. Most important of all, however, is getting you the best possible home at the best possible price, with no surprises and a smooth landing!Sellers have different needs yet all sellers are looking for the highest possible price on their investment. I tailor my service to my client’s specific needs. That means evaluating a property’s potential, suggesting various pricing and listing strategies, and preparing both the home and the seller for marketing. We do all we can to make this as effortless as possible on your part, such as bringing in a professional cleaning service to make your home shine, an interior designer to “stage” the house so it sparkles and a professional photographer so that your home looks it’s best on the web and in brochures. When it comes to marketing, my prior career in media helps to ensure maximum exposure of your home through the internet, multiple listing service, broker previews, open houses and the latest in hyper local advertising direct to people’s cell phones. I believe that my attention to detail, negotiating skills, my clear communication, honesty and enthusiastic nature are what makes the difference for my clients. I promise to do all I can to ensure that although I may not be your first broker, I will be your last! FUN FACTS ABOUT ME:I was recruited here for a job in 2004 from the San Francisco Bay Area. I thought I would move back “home” after a couple of years. I fell so deeply in love with Denver that within a year friends were asking if I worked for The Denver Visitors and Conventions Bureau!! I have lived in all of the C States: Connecticut, California and Colorado. Naturally I do not include the Carolina’s!I have been privileged to sit on the Board of Directors of Environmental Learning for Kids (http://elkkids.org) for the past five years. I am passionate about our youth and insuring that they all get equal access to education. I have also sat on the State Positive Youth Development Task Force and volunteered to support Urban Peak.
