I have lived in Northern Colorado since 1981. My husband and I have been married for 27 years and have raised our family here. I grew up in Bellvue and graduated from Poudre High School. Our daughter graduated from Fort Collins High in 2017 and is working on her degree in Sports and Exercise Science at the University of Northern Colorado. We were very involved in sports, Girl Scouts and 4-H activities when she was young. I love the outdoors, and all that Northern Colorado has to offer. We are blessed to live in such a beautiful area! Family is vital to me, and being an active member of my community is essential. I bring the same level of care and understanding in working with my clients. Throughout the years, I have had the pleasure to work within the real estate industry in several areas including property tax consulting, property management, bank-owned RE0’s, foreclosure properties and short sales along with transaction coordination, market center administration, contract writing assistance and assisting top producers. With my years of experience, I’m honored to be affiliated with Keller Williams Realty Partners in Loveland, as a licensed Realtor®. While working for a few top producing agents, I have been influential in bringing them to the next level in their sales. I have come to realize that I wanted more one-on-one with my clients, so I have decided to branch out on my own.
