About Jason
I’ve called Boulder County home for 25 years, and I still believe it’s one of the best places in Colorado to live and work. Originally from Ohio, I came west looking for mountains, blue skies, and a more adventurous way of life. I packed my Jeep with a bike, a tent, and a few shirts and headed for Colorado. I’ve been here ever since. My real estate career began 17 years ago when my brother and I purchased and renovated our first property. One project led to another, and along the way I developed a passion for understanding homes, recognizing value, and navigating the opportunities—and challenges—that come with real estate. Today, I’m a top-producing RE/MAX agent serving buyers and sellers throughout Boulder County and the Denver Metro area, with expertise in Boulder, Lafayette, Louisville, Longmont, Erie, Niwot, Superior, and the surrounding communities. My experience ranges from single-family and mountain homes to investment properties, multi-unit buildings, and luxury estates. I bring more than market knowledge to my clients. I take an analytical, hands-on approach to pricing, property evaluation, negotiation, and marketing. Whether I’m helping a seller determine the right positioning for their home or helping a buyer understand the true value of a property, my goal is to give clients straightforward advice and the information they need to make confident decisions. After 25 years here, Colorado is much more than where I work—it’s home. My wife, Carolyn, and I are busy raising our sons, Alex and Reed, here, and much of our free time is spent enjoying the same outdoor lifestyle that brought me west in the first place. I know these communities because I’ve lived, worked, invested, and raised a family here. I’d love the opportunity to put that experience to work for you.
