I’m Jason Hanson, a Colorado Springs real estate professional dedicated to helping people make confident, informed decisions when buying or selling a home. I grew up here in Colorado and have a deep familiarity with Colorado Springs and the surrounding communities. Having lived here, I understand the different neighborhoods, communities, and what makes each area unique. I also have the ability to serve clients in both English and Chinese, allowing me to communicate and build relationships with a wider range of buyers and sellers throughout our community. My experience working with a custom home builder has also given me valuable firsthand insight into the home-building process. I’ve learned what quality craftsmanship looks like, how a home should be built, and some of the details that can easily be overlooked when you're simply looking at a house as a buyer. I believe that experience is especially valuable when helping my clients navigate the home-buying process.
