Born and raised in Colorado, I have lived all around this beautiful state, but Denver is home. After spending two years in college on the western slope, I decided to move back to Denver and begin my career in the real estate industry. Eventually I graduated with cum laude honors earning my baccalaureate degree in Business Management from Metropolitan State University in 2009. After pursuing my entrepreneurial spirit briefly in other endeavors, I realized my passion was for real estate and specifically helping people I love living in Denver and I’m always interested in learning by staying informed with Denver housing trends, checking out the newest local eateries or coffee spots, finding the hidden gems in each hood, or checking out our many parks by going on urban adventures with my dog. This market knowledge allows me to know the intricacies of Denver's many, diverse neighborhoods. I’m an architecture enthusiast with a special fondness for exposed timber lofts and mid-century modern design. Though I’m also as likely to be calculating cap rates and analyzing returns to identify the best multifamily properties for long term wealth building or looking at infill and redevelopment opportunities to find the best urban revitalization project. My approach to real estate is simple. I care about you and your goals and my passion is helping you achieve them. I listen to your needs so we can formulate a plan that will achieve your goals. As a tenacious problem solver I’m always looking for the answer or finding a creative solution. During my career, I’ve seen the toll the real estate rollercoaster can take--the budgeting and financial planning, the emotions--the disappointments of missing out on a house and the excitement of getting your new set of keys. Knowing the intricacies of the real estate transaction, and the turbulence it often creates, it’s my job to keep everyone on the same page, ironing out the details to ensure a smooth transaction. When I’m not working, you may catch me supporting local Denver eateries, coffee spots, craft brewers or eating too many tacos. I’m also quite fond of mountain adventures with my dog, whether it’s hiking in the summer or snowshoeing in the winter. Or you may not see me because I’m on a secluded beach in Mexico recharging.
