About Irina

I was born and raised in Ukraine, as anybody can tell by my "European" accent. After finishing the Foreign Languages Faculty of Vinnitsa Ostrovsky's Pedagigical University with Bachelor Degree in English as Major and German as Minor, I worked as a teacher of English language at the Middle School in Ukraine. Due to economic conditions in Ukraine, I moved to Russia and worked as an interpreter at Omolon Russian-American Joint-Venture Gold Mining Company, which I enjoyed tremendously. It was very challenging not only with a new technical terminology, but also understanding the mining process itself, but It was a great experience! I came to the United States in 1999. Even though back in Ukraine, we had not had "realtors", I always wanted to help people to find their dream home. My dream came true here, in America, in the Land of Opportunity, in 2008, when I got my real estate license! I love being a realtor and enjoy working with people and helping them to find their new homes or sell their homes. Because I always strive to be the best that I can be, I stay up-to-date of all changes in the real estate industry. Earning Master Certified Negotiation Expert designation from the Real Estate Negotiation Institute, enables me to be a very strong negotiator with win-win outcome for both sides. MCNE designation course offers professional negotiation and business building training and is considered to be one of the top designation courses in real estate. It's important for me to build strong business relationships with fellow Realtors in order to work as a team in helping people to accomplish their American Dream and making the transaction less stressful. When you come to closing table and see that sellers and buyers are happy and exchanging their contact information, the transaction was a success! And I strive to keep it 100%!
