About Heather

Heather is a Realtor servicing Denver and Northern Colorado, specializing in buyer, seller and relocation transactions. She has been licensed in the state of Colorado since 2017 and has helped numerous buyers and sellers achieve their goals of home ownership and wealth creation. Heather is passionate about community involvement and paying it forward. She regularly volunteers at her daughter’s preschool and local events. She is a member of the Denver Metro Association of Realtors, Colorado Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors. In an effort to give back to her community, Heather contributes her time and resources to helping low income families in Northern Colorado through The Nappie Project. Heather graduated from the University of Cincinnati in 2005 with a focus in Marketing and Entrepreneurship. Her experience in management, sales, customer service and transaction coordination has assisted her in becoming a proactive and successful Realtor. Heather is exceptionally knowledgeable in contract negotiation, advocacy, inspection and appraisal resolutions and local market trends. She also has experience with writing winning contracts in competitive markets. Outside of real estate, Heather enjoys camping and hiking with her husband, daughter and two dogs in the mountains, yoga, traveling and cooking.
