About Heather

Heather has lived in Colorado Springs since 1986 and has watched Colorado Springs grow and evolve over the years. After attending college at CSU and UCCS, she worked in the family printing business, Snappy Print for 22 years. During that time, she became an expert in client relations and found her love in helping people. Heather's high level of care, drive and personality grew a large customer base and a great reputation. Heather also ran a children's Consignment store next to Snappy Print for several years. She really enjoyed helping the community and creating a great store to accommodate the town's need for a quality children's consignment store. She met a lot of amazing families and enjoyed giving back to the community. After selling Snappy Print and closing the Consignment store, she changed gears and worked as an insurance agent for Edgin Insurance and Financial. As an insurance agent, Heather worked with a lot of Real Estate agents and eventually met her fiance, Kevin Conolty. Heather and Kevin are now Real Estate Partners at The Cutting Edge, Realtors. Together, they strive to deliver a high level of service, guidance, and expertise in their real estate transactions, while making lifelong friendships with their clients.
