About Greg

I am a Colorado native, husband, father, former math teacher and football coach and a chronic DIY’er. As both of my parents have been Realtors® since I was a little kid, I have literally been in real estate my entire life! One of my first jobs in real estate was as a teenager helping to take care of my parent's investment property portfolio and through that, I was taught from an early age the value of home ownership and building an investment portfolio. My personal start in real estate was as an appraiser in 1993 and I obtained my Broker's license in 1997. I worked alongside my parents as mentors. We were "Team Whisler" with both RE/MAX and Metro-Brokers. In 2006, I founded the Go Real Estate Company Inc., where we provide assistance to buyers, sellers, investors and landlords. My wife, Andrea, and I bought our first home in 1994 and have owned rental properties ever since. We have bought and sold many homes together learning along the way what truly matters to buyers and sellers. We currently live on a small acreage in Golden with our two kids, Stratton and Luka. I have assisted literally hundreds of clients and have helped them with their real estate goals in good and bad markets. Through these experiences I have developed proven strategies to help our clients no matter their real estate needs.
