Meet Felix Luck, Felix is passionate about homes and helping his clients while he is creating an exceptional experience for everyone who chooses to work with him. He came to real estate from construction world, where he enjoyed helping build high-end homes in Hawaii, Santa Barbara and Malibu for world famous celebrities. His heart always wanted to be close to mountains and live in Denver ever since he visited Denver in 2008, so he made the move in 2015. He realized how much he loves to help people turn their homes in to their dream homes, so getting his real estate license to help people buy their dream homes was a logical next step. He joined one of the top firms in Denver, the New Era Group at Your Castle Real Estate. During his time building high-end homes Felix learned to navigate tricky terms of construction and how to reach deadlines while producing excellent results. Felix is originally from Istanbul, Turkey. He grew up working in the family business doing textile and fashion since he was a little kid. He remembers being 12 years old and working in the factory cutting and sewing fabrics trying to help. He studied Textile at the University of Istanbul. After 8 years of running an export-import textile business all around the world, his adventuresome spirit brought him to the United States in 2004. In his free time, he likes to spend time with his daughter, escape in to the woods, take road trips with his motorcycle and he likes to jump out of perfectly good airplanes. His strong work ethic, integrity, and sense of responsibility made him an excellent person to work with.
