Prior to being a Realtor, Felicia was in the Property and Casualty Insurance Business. During this time, she was recognized as a top producer and recruited by the top privately held home builder in Colorado- to start an insurance division for the company. Felicia severed on the senior leadership team at Oakwood Homes and built relationships with top executives in the Colorado production home building network. She quickly learned the growth and development strategies of production homebuilders and what they were looking for in acquiring and developing land. While the Insurance world was not her passion, it furnished her with an excellent foundation from which to launch her real estate career. Acute customer service skills, negotiating tactics, marketing strategies, time management, and detailed sales trainings were just some of the educational provisions that gleaned from her experience.
