I was raised with and retain a very strong work ethic and dedication to my profession and my word. This provides a constant drive to serve my clients at the very highest level. I earned my GRI (Graduate of Real Estate Institute) in 2007, my CNE (Certified Negotiating Expert) in 2010, and most importantly, my CRS (Certified Residential Specialist) in 2010. The CRS designation is one of the most coveted and difficult real estate certifications to achieve. Less than 4% of all brokers posses this designation, as it requires not only an investment of several thousand dollars in classes, but more importantly requires that the broker meet strict minimum sales requirements within a limited time period. Many Realtors do not even come close to selling this volume: I am proud to have attained it during a recession. I believe it is my tenacious commitment to my clients that sets me apart from other agents and brokers. Long after the transaction is complete, I maintain close relationships with my clients and offer my services in any way I can. This regularly takes the form of providing names of reliable contractors, local recommendations for events and activities, receiving packages for out of town clients at my office, or checking on the property during cold spells: I am always happy to help.
