About Eric

I passion myself as a compassionate client advocate with a tireless work ethic and a strategic approach. I will proudly tell you that I inhereted this drive and determination from my mother. At age 2, we moved to Denver with our then single, teenage mother to build a life and future. Without a dime to her name and through her shear willpower – we flourished. My mother taught me the ability to lead by example, step up when life throws out a challenge and do it with humility and gratitude. I studied business at the University of Colorado at Boulder, entering the professional work field in Operations, Accounting and Sales through great local companies like Janus Funds in Cherry Creek. In 2008 I found my appetite for the Real Estate industry and never looked back. Using business savvy, an operational mind and client service focus I have managed a team of up to 30 employees servicing large institutional clients, collectively responsible for managing 10’s of thousands of REO/Foreclosed properties across the country. Sales and Property Management at that level has provided challenges that are beyond the ordinary traditional real estate transaction. I have the confidence and ability to maneuver unforeseen complications without batting an eye. Utilizing my experience and confidence, I set out to create a new type of brokerage and thus Invested Real Estate Group was born. The vision is to outperform the average real estate agent through hard work, innovative technological advantage and unmatched customer service. Living now in Centennial with his wife Kate, he hopes to share and pass on my love for Real Estate to my 3 boys.
