She loves to get them top dollar even when they might think it's unattainable or negotiate a better deal than expected. She considers it a great honor to walk people through what is often the largest and most intimidating sale or purchase they will make. With sharp negotiating skills and a great sense of care, she sees to it that every client has the best possible experience. And with a knack for interior design, Debbie is also able to help prepare a home to sell and cast a vision for the next one. Another benefit of working with Debbie? She answers her phone! She makes responding promptly to her clients’ questions and needs a top priority. A Colorado native, Debbie grew up on a ranch in the Morrison/Conifer area. Her father was a United Airlines pilot for 50 years, so not only did Debbie and her family have lots of wonderful travel experiences, they also had their own private plane and runway! Her favorite destination? Ireland. Her parents also had multiple rental properties to which Debbie attributes her draw to real estate. She is licensed in both Colorado and Oklahoma where she and her family lived for 17 years before coming back to Colorado. Debbie married her high school sweetheart and studied counseling and theology in college. When she’s not working to help her clients achieve their real estate dreams and goals, Debbie will be with her family. She and her husband have four great children and they are all foodies! She loves to cook and also enjoys hiking, gardening, remodeling, shopping, decorating and country music. She and her husband started young and with a lot of faith, have overcome many challenges. Through it all, they have built a beautiful family that loves each other deeply. Their dream is to build and leave a real estate legacy for their children.
