About Courtney

I consider myself an adventurous educator in the business of real estate. Licensed since 2005, I began my career as the “Rookie of the Year” nominee, closing more transactions than any other new licensees in my office and area. After a couple of wildly successful years and millions of closed sales volume, I was recruited to become the CEO of a new real estate business and ultimately developed it to contain 94 brokers and staff and oversaw thousands of transactions. During that time, I came to understand that real estate, in large part, is about education. I developed training programs to educate hundreds of real estate agents and consumers, allowing the power of knowledge to lead to more strategic and successful real estate transactions. In 2014, I chose to pursue yet another adventure and moved to CO with my husband and two children. After all, where better to hike, fish, camp, raft, ski and explore? All the activities we love so much! Known by colleagues as “The Velvet Hammer”, I am skilled at guiding others with finesse to achieve their real estate goals. My Master’s Degree in Psychology, coupled with my real estate experience, makes for excellent communication and negotiating skills. I am honest, loyal, hardworking, diligent and fearless.
