About Clay

Clay is the founder of Premier Horse Property and is our responsible broker for the state of Wyoming. Clay has been involved in the equine industry every day of his life. For a number of years he owned and operated 567 Equine as an AFA journeyman farrier. He serviced areas in Colorado, and Nebraska and eventually settled in Wyoming. Throughout his career Clay was fortunate enough to be able to travel all throughout the US and Europe to shoe horses. His work allowed him to establish relationships with many great clients and professionals and work in some of the nicest equine facilities around the country. Upon entering the world of Real Estate, he naturally gravitated towards horse property. Clay has built, maintained and consulted on many unique horse properties and has an unprecedented knowledge of the maintenance, design, and infrastructure behind this unique sector of real estate. His industry contacts are priceless, and his ability to assimilate into any equestrian environment is invaluable.
