Real estate professional/investor/developer Charles “Chuck” Moore is passionate about helping clients navigate the complex world of buying, selling, financing, and developing real estate. He entered mortgage finance in 2007, and teamed up with fellow Iowa native and childhood friend Ben Gearhart in 2008. With a shared affinity for real estate and finance, they founded Gearhart Moore Holdings LLC, a privately held real estate investment company, in 2011. In 2014, Chuck and Ben formed GM Development to provide clients and investors with a unique, cost effective product with superior design and materials. Chuck earned his B.A. in Economics and Business, and a Certificate of Entrepreneurship, from the University of Iowa. He is a board member of the SoLa Metro District, and a member of the University of Iowa Alumni.
