About Charles

GET EXCITED! If you’re reading this, I’m guessing you’re in the market to buy or sell a property. You've come to the right place! I’m Charles, the realtor and owner of Beaton Brothers Property Experts. My passion for real estate has been a long-standing dream. After serving 11 years in the United States Army, I found my calling in this industry. I married my wife, Laura Leigh Beaton, in 2013 after we met in college. Together, we’ve welcomed three wonderful boys: Vincent, who is now 10, Bruce, who is 7, and Charles III, known as "Charlie," who is 6. My family is my greatest pride and joy. I relocated to Colorado Springs in October of 2018, and I couldn't be happier with my decision. Originally from Minnesota, I attended college in Wisconsin before embarking on my military journey, starting as a Private First Class in the Wisconsin National Guard. I joined ROTC, went active duty, and served as an Infantry Officer with the esteemed 101st Airborne Division. I later transitioned to a Signal Officer role, where I spent the last three years of my active duty career. I now serve in a reserve capacity. We put our down roots in Colorado for the long haul—what's not to love about this vibrant city? I’m also an avid hockey player, which is a true passion of mine. I play two or more times a week in Colorado Springs and proudly represent the United States All Army Hockey Team, which started in 2017. We've earned Gold and Silver Medals in the Baltic Military Winter Games over the years, and it fills me with pride to represent my military and country on the ice. Through all my experiences in and out of the military, I’ve learned the importance of teamwork and determination. You can count on me to work tirelessly for you and always have your best interests at heart. When I moved to Fort Carson, I purchased a home that shaped my real estate journey, and I am excited to assist you with your real estate needs. Whether buying or selling, I’ll ensure you’re supported through one of the largest financial transactions of your life. I look forward to working with you!
