Chad specializes in residential real estate across Denver, Littleton, Highlands Ranch, Parker, and surrounding Colorado communities. On a personal note, Chad is a proud parent of three grown children currently attending colleges in different parts of the country. Outside of real estate, he leads an active Colorado lifestyle. Chad played tennis in high school and college and now enjoys pickleball, skiing, running, and biking whenever he’s not working with clients.
