The Certified International Property Specialist completes rigorous coursework devoted to gaining knowledge in International Real Estate practices to better serve international buyers and sellers. CRS. The Certified Residential Specialist designation is the highest designation awarded to sales associates in the residential sales field. To earn the Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) designation, every REALTOR must have significant experience and volume of real estate transactions. SRES. The Senior Real Estate Specialist assists the 50 plus demographic in their specialized needs when it comes to buying and selling, and “Where the future takes shape”.
