Carmen specializes in residential real estate sales and has been with O'Boyle Real Estate Group since 2013. During 2021 Carmen closed 56 sales in a market where the average agent closed 2 sales. She packs a lot of experience and expertise that she loves to share with her clients! Carmen grew up around the world, traveling with her military family. Her father retired here in Colorado Springs in the late 80's while Carmen was in college at Arizona State University and Colorado has been home base since then, even while she lived Arizona and North Carolina before getting the chance to move back to the Pikes Peak Region to be closer to family. She jokes that she finally gets to vacation at the beach now that she doesn't have to spend every vacation in Colorado Springs! While Carmen's favorite pastime is spending time with family, she also is an avid traveler, dancer and wine maker. She loves cooking outdoors; dutch oven towers and smoked brisket are specialties. Carmen says she is grateful to be a part of and loves to be of service to her community. Carmen and her family live in Monument, Colorado.
